Terms and Conditions

Description of the Property

The Hamptons Collection is an exclusive luxury villa located at Calle Tanausu 110, Puerto Calero, Lanzarote. The property offers private accommodation for a maximum of 6 guests on a full villa rental basis.

Villa Features:

  • Private heated pool, 1,30m deep

  • Private gym, equipment is: Nohrd premium solid wood 
  • Cinema room
  • Fully equipped kitchen with premium appliances
  • Indoor and outdoor dining areas
  • 2 outdoor cabanas
  • 2 Weber barbecues
  • Outdoor gas heater
  • Air conditioning in all rooms
  • High-speed Wi-Fi
  • 4 smart televisions
  • 2 parking spaces
  • Walk-in wardrobe (master bedroom)
  • Welcome package

 

Booking Policy

Reservation Confirmation

The reservation shall be considered confirmed upon receipt of a 30% deposit of the total amount. The remaining 70% must be paid 30 days before the check-in date. In case of bookings made less than 30 days in advance, the full amount must be paid to confirm the reservation.

Payment Methods

Bank transfers and major electronic payment methods are accepted. Bank details will be provided at the time of reservation confirmation.

Check-in and Check-out

Check-in time: 15:00 AM

Check-out time: 11:00 AM

Entry will be made via a security keybox with code. Access details will be provided 48 hours before arrival.

Minimum Stay

The minimum required stay may vary depending on the season and will be indicated when checking availability.

 

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Guest

Cancellation conditions will depend on the selected rate:

Standard Rate:

  • Cancellations made more than 60 days in advance: 100% deposit refund
  • Cancellations made between 60 and 30 days in advance: 50% deposit refund
  • Cancellations made less than 30 days in advance: No refund

 

Promotional or Non-Refundable Rates:

  • Do not allow modifications or cancellations
  • The total amount is charged upon confirming the reservation
  • No refund under any circumstances
 
No-Show

In case of failure to appear on the check-in date or making an early departure, a charge of 100% of the total amount of the booked stay will apply.

Cancellation by Owner

Green Concepts Canarias reserves the right to cancel a confirmed reservation only in exceptional circumstances (force majeure, serious problems with the property). In such case, a full refund of all amounts paid will be offered or, if the guest prefers, an alternative date will be proposed.

 

House Rules

To ensure the experience of all guests and optimal maintenance of the property, the following rules are established:

  • No smoking inside the villa
  • No pets are permitted
  • No parties or unauthorised events
  • Respect quiet hours between 23:00 and 09:00
  • Maximum capacity: 6 persons (no additional guests permitted without authorisation)
  • Use of facilities is exclusive to registered guests
  • Keep the property in good condition and report any damage or defect

Non-compliance with these rules may result in immediate termination of the reservation without right to refund.

Security Deposit

A security deposit will be required and will be specified at the time of booking. This deposit will be charged to the guest’s credit card before check-in as a temporary, fully refundable payment. After departure, our team will inspect the property within 24 hours. Once it has been verified that the property is in the same condition as when delivered, the deposit will be refunded immediately. The refund will appear on your credit card within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time.

The following items will be deducted from the security deposit, if applicable:

  • Damage to property, furniture, or equipment
  • Extraordinary cleaning required due to improper use
  • Lost or missing items
  • Non-compliance with property rules
Cleaning and Maintenance

The reservation price includes final cleaning of the villa. For stays longer than 7 days, an intermediate cleaning service will be provided at no additional cost.

Guests are expected to maintain the property in reasonable condition during their stay. Additional cleaning services, linen changes, or private chef services can be arranged in advance for an additional fee.

Liability and Insurance

Green Concepts Canarias is not responsible for:

  • Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings of guests
  • Accidents or injuries occurring on the property during the stay
  • Interruptions in public services (water, electricity, internet) due to causes beyond the owner’s control
  • Adverse weather conditions that may affect the stay

Guests are strongly advised to purchase travel insurance covering cancellations, trip interruptions, and civil liability. Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay and agree to report any incident immediately.

Additional services must be requested at least 72 hours in advance.

 

Reservation Modifications

Requests to modify dates or other reservation details are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

To request any modifications, the guest must contact: booking@thehamptonslanzarote.com

Acceptance of modifications is not guaranteed and will be subject to the cancellation conditions in effect at the time of the request.

Force Majeure

Green Concepts Canarias shall not be liable for non-performance of its obligations when such non-performance is due to causes of force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, wars, strikes, acts of terrorism, or any other unforeseeable and inevitable circumstance.

In case of force majeure preventing the stay, a mutually agreed alternative solution shall be sought.

 

Data Protection

Personal data provided by guests shall be processed in accordance with GDPR and LOPDGDD, as detailed in the website’s Privacy Policy and Legal Notice.

Data will be used exclusively for reservation management, communications related to the service, and improvement of the guest experience.

Green Concepts Canarias undertakes to respond to all complaints within a maximum of 7 business days.

 

Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute, the parties expressly submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that might correspond to them.

 

Acceptance of Terms

By making a reservation at The Hamptons, the guest declares to have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms and Conditions, as well as the Legal Notice and Privacy Policy of the website.
