The remaining 70% must be paid 30 days before the check-in date. In case of bookings made less than 30 days in advance, the full amount must be paid to confirm the reservation.<\/span><\/p><h6><b>Payment Methods<\/b><\/h6><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bank transfers and major electronic payment methods are accepted. Bank details will be provided at the time of reservation confirmation.<\/span><\/p><h6><b>Ch<\/b><b>eck-in and Check-out<\/b><\/h6><h4><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Check-in time: 15:00 AM<\/span><\/h4><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Check-out time: 11:00 AM<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Entry will be made via a security keybox with code. Access details will be provided 48 hours before arrival.<\/span><\/p><h6><b>Minimum Stay<\/b><\/h6><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The minimum required stay may vary depending on the season and will be indicated when checking availability.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><h3><b>Cancellation Policy<\/b><\/h3><h6><b>Cancellation by Guest<\/b><\/h6><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cancellation conditions will depend on the selected rate:<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><u>Standard Rate:<\/u><\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cancellations made more than 60 days in advance: 100% deposit refund<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cancellations made between 60 and 30 days in advance: 50% deposit refund<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cancellations made less than 30 days in advance: No refund<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><u>Promotional or Non-Refundable Rates:<\/u><\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Do not allow modifications or cancellations<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The total amount is charged upon confirming the reservation<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No refund under any circumstances<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h6><b>\u00a0<\/b><\/h6><h6><b>No-Show<\/b><\/h6><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In case of failure to appear on the check-in date or making an early departure, a charge of 100% of the total amount of the booked stay will apply.<\/span><\/p><h6><b>Cancellation by Owner<\/b><\/h6><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Green Concepts Canarias reserves the right to cancel a confirmed reservation only in exceptional circumstances (force majeure, serious problems with the property). In such case, a full refund of all amounts paid will be offered or, if the guest prefers, an alternative date will be proposed.<\/span><\/p><h3>\u00a0<\/h3><h3><b>House Rules<\/b><\/h3><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To ensure the experience of all guests and optimal maintenance of the property, the following rules are established:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No smoking inside the villa<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No pets are permitted<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No parties or unauthorised events<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Respect quiet hours between 23:00 and 09:00<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Maximum capacity: 6 persons (no additional guests permitted without authorisation)<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Use of facilities is exclusive to registered guests<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Keep the property in good condition and report any damage or defect<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Non-compliance with these rules may result in immediate termination of the reservation without right to refund.<\/span><\/p><h6><b>Security Deposit<\/b><\/h6><p>A security deposit will be required and will be specified at the time of booking. This deposit will be charged to the guest&#8217;s credit card before check-in as a temporary, fully refundable payment. After departure, our team will inspect the property within 24 hours. Once it has been verified that the property is in the same condition as when delivered, the deposit will be refunded immediately. The refund will appear on your credit card within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank&#8217;s processing time.<\/p><p>The following items will be deducted from the security deposit, if applicable:<\/p><ul><li>Damage to property, furniture, or equipment<\/li><li>Extraordinary cleaning required due to improper use<\/li><li>Lost or missing items<\/li><li>Non-compliance with property rules<\/li><\/ul><h6><b>Cleaning and Maintenance<\/b><\/h6><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The reservation price includes final cleaning of the villa. For stays longer than 7 days, an intermediate cleaning service will be provided at no additional cost.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Guests are expected to maintain the property in reasonable condition during their stay. Additional cleaning services, linen changes, or private chef services can be arranged in advance for an additional fee.<\/span><\/p><h6><b>Liability and Insurance<\/b><\/h6><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Green Concepts Canarias is not responsible for:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings of guests<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Accidents or injuries occurring on the property during the stay<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Interruptions in public services (water, electricity, internet) due to causes beyond the owner&#8217;s control<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Adverse weather conditions that may affect the stay<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Guests are strongly advised to purchase travel insurance covering cancellations, trip interruptions, and civil liability.
